Similar to Apple Watches, Samsung has introduced the Walkie Talkie feature on their Galaxy Watch 4. With this feature, two people holding Galaxy Watch 4 can communicate with each other. It is like having an instant conversation as if using a Walkie Talkie.

 

The watch doesn’t have this feature right out of the box. To get Walkie Talkie, install Samsung’s official Walkie Talkie app, released specially for Galaxy Watch 4 & Watch 4 Classic users.

Once installed, it is recommended to pair the watch with your smartphone. On pairing, you will be able to invite contacts and people nearby. Tapping on people nearby creates a Walkie Talkie channel. Then, it shows you a code to share with people nearby who wants to join.

 

Overall, an awesome feature, but at the same time, both you and your partner need to own a Galaxy Watch 4.

How to add an app To add an app to your Galaxy Watch, follow these steps: Please note:  You must be logged into a Google™ Account to access the Play Store. Step 1. Swipe up  on the main screen and tap the  Play Store icon. Step 2.  Enter the name of the app you would like to download, then tap the  search button  on the keyboard. Step 3.  Tap the app you would like to download from the list of search results. Step 4.  Tap “Install”. Step 5.  Once the app is downloaded and installed, tap “Open”. Please note:  To function properly, some apps will require permissions from your watch or installation of an associated app on your connected device. Read through the terms and conditions and ensure you have activated the proper permissions and installed the necessary apps on your smartphone before downloading apps to your device.

How to use Power saving mode Power saving mode is the key to increasing the battery life of your Galaxy Watch. It reduces the screen brightness and limits applications that may drain your battery while running in the background. To activate or deactivate Power Saving mode, use the following steps: Step 1.
